Now that christmas is approaching it's bringing along lots of awesome new commissions, which are always fun to make! As i've mentioned in my previous journal entry, i've just moved house which is quite far from where i was before, so this means lots of people showing interest in my creations who haven't seen it before! It's very exciting and i love seeing people enjoy wearing what i make.
Good evening sweetie-pies 
I've had such a craving for pie this past week! Someone commissioned me to make them a pie charm bracelet (pictures coming soon!) and since then I've wanted, no NEEDED pie! And hey, why buy one when you can make one yourself?! So this weekend I made myself an apple and blackberry pie, which killed the craving perfectly! I had Wayyy too many apples though so I ended up making an apple cinnamon crumble too, and then froze the rest of the apples to use another time.

So I've been really busy lately! Not had a lot of time for creating things, but I'm feeling full of inspiration so I hope I have time soon to make things
I'm also going to be working on a canvas to put up in my living room so I'm really excited to get back into some painting! I'm really worried that it's going to look rubbish though so I'm going to practise a lot on mini canvases first 
Thing is, I'm getting a bit sick of the decorating in my house, so I'm gradually changing things around. I sorted out my craft desk in the living room the other week! It's great because all my crafting materials are in one place and I have a huge working space! All I need now are some shelves put up, then I'll see if I can get a picture of it to show you
I have a picture of my old craft desk somewhere in my gallery, but this one has a lot more space! We had snow this week!! Well, not anything compared to what I'm sure a lot of you get..but it was exciting for our town! Not much fun to walk to work in though, I must say! It's been around -4C all week so defiantly time to put on a few extra layers of clothing! I do love that feeling though, of being in a nice, cozy warm spot in bed at night
Just don't enjoy getting out of it in the morning! HahaI'm still defiantly a summer person though, and I'm missing the sunshine already! I miss wearing all my nice sandals and being able to sit out in my front garden and make jewelry <3 Ahwell…only a few more months of this freezing weather before spring comes!

Believe me, i know exactly what it's like to have a lack of inspiration when it comes to making new creations, but i know it can help having a theme to work from! Even if it's a bit of a challenge...it can get your mind working again!
